The audit observed that 11 (eleven) payment vouchers raised between February 2017 and
April, 2019 amounting to N10,369,163.01 were made without passing through Internal Audit checks, as internal audit stamps were not on any of those vouchers.
The Managing Director is required to account for the sum of N10,369,163.01, failing which sanction in line with FR 3106 should apply.
