I.Sixty (60) payments totalling N10,254,119.28 were made from the institute’s revenue and overhead accounts, between January and April 2018, and the above payments were made without preparation of payment vouchers, contrary to extant regulations.
The Acting Executive Director is requested to:
I.Account for the sum of N10,254,119.28 paid without preparation of payment vouchers, and
II.Otherwise, sanctions for irregular or wrong payment in line with Financial Regulations 3106 should apply.
