i. The management paid the sum N9,320,613.74 for services purported to have been rendered by two Security companies into personal account of two staff of FMC Keffi.
ii. Payment vouchers were not raised for these transactions.
iii. Existence of the companies and their status were not known, and
iv. E-payment policy was violated as the funds were paid through staff to unknown security companies.
i. Furnish the rationale for paying company’s money into a private account without any evidence of authorization.
ii. Provide evidence to show that the companies actually received the monies otherwise.
iii. Recover the sum of N9,320,613.74 from the individual and remit same to CRF.
iv. Forward evidence of remittance to the Public Accounts Committees of the National Assembly, and
v. Otherwise, apply sanctions relating to irregular or wrong payments in paragraph 3106 of the Financial Regulations
