The Executive Secretary is requested to:
I.Provide reasons why allowances were paid to staff without approvals by relevant authorities.
II.Recover the sum of N376,577,913.92 from the beneficiaries and remit same to the Treasury.
III.Forward evidence of remittance to the Public Accounts Committees of the National Assembly.
IV.Otherwise, sanctions relating to irregular payment and overpayment of public funds stated in paragraphs 3106 and 3111 of Financial Regulations respectively will be enacted.
