i.The sum of N1,010,598,610.97 was paid from salary account
ii. The above payments were made without preparation of payment vouchers as required by extant regulations.
The Clerk to the National Assembly is requested to:
I. Furnish reasons for making payments from salary account without payment vouchers.
II.Account for the sum of N1,010,598,610.97
III.Remit the sum of N1,010,598,610.97 to the Treasury.
IV.iv. Forward evidence of remittance to the Public Accounts Committees of the National Assembly, and v. Otherwise, apply sanctions relating to irregular payment specified in paragraph 3106 of the Financial Regulations.
