Audit observed that a contract for the supply, installation and training of 360-degree full mission simulation system was granted to a contractor on 30th March 2012 at the cost of N254,540,000.00. Enquiries revealed that, several items from the contract which were paid for were not supplied, installed, or taken on ledger charge.
The Rector is required to refund the sum of N254, 540,000.00 for contract not performed and sanctions within FR 3104 should apply.
