I.Furnish reasons why advances granted to staff were not retired as required by extant regulations.
II.Recover the sum of N5,755,700.00
III.Remit same to the Treasury
IV.Forward evidence of remittance to the Public Accounts Committees of the National Assembly.
V.Otherwise, sanctions relating to non-recovery and non-retirement of advances specified in paragraphs in 3118 and 3124 of the Financial Regulations respectively may apply.
