The Managing Director is requested to:
i. Provide the audited financial statements of BOA for the year ended 31st December, 2019 to the Public Accounts Committees of the National Assembly;
ii. Furnish evidence of submission to the Auditor-General for the Federation of the financial statements of BOA for the year ended 31st December, 2019 to the Public Accounts Committees of the National Assembly; and
iii. Otherwise, apply sanction relating to gross misconduct in paragraph 3129 of the Financial Regulations.
