1. The Centre realized a total of N46,356,826.16 (Forty-six million, three hundred and fifty-six thousand, eight hundred- and twenty-six-naira, sixteen kobo) in 2019 financial year as non-revolving Internally Generated Revenue (IGR),
2.There was no evidence of remittance of 25% of the IGR amounting to N11,589,206.54 (Eleven million, five hundred and eighty-nine thousand, twohundred- and six-naira, fifty-four kobo) by the Centre as required by extant regulations.
1.Furnish reasons why 25% of IGR was not remitted to the Treasury as required by extant regulations.
2. Remit the sum of N11,589,206.54 (Eleven million, five hundred and eighty-nine thousand, two hundred- and six-naira, fifty-four kobo) plus all accrued interest to the Treasury.
3. Forward evidence of remittance to the Public Accounts Committees of the National Assembly, and
