I.None of the Commands visited maintained copies of Treasury Book 6A or the equivalents for collections made in 2017, as required by extant regulations, and
II.None of the Commands visited maintained any revenue cash book for the same period.
The Comptroller-General NCS is requested to:
I.Justify the non-maintenance of Treasury Book 6A and revenue cash book for 2017; and
II.Otherwise, sanction relating to gross misconduct stated in paragraph 3129 of the Financial Regulations should apply.
