Legislative Recommendation

The Commandant is requested to:
i. Provide justifications for not producing stand-alone financial statements as required by extant regulations.
ii. Produce the Audited Financial Statements and Management Reports of the Academy for the year ended 31st December, 2019.
iii. Forward evidence of compliance to the Public Accounts Committees of the National Assembly, and
iv. Otherwise, apply sanctions relating to gross misconduct specified in paragraph 3129 of the Financial Regulations.
