i. The sum of N375,785,893.75 (Three hundred and seventy five million, seven hundredand eighty five naira, eight hundred and ninety three naira seventy five kobo) was paid to some individuals and corporate organizations from RUGA funds.
ii. The above amount was paid through thirteen (13) payment vouchers by theMinistry
iii. The payment included 202,700,000.00 and N160,000,000.00 paid for transportation & Other expenses in support of victims of Armed Banditry in Zamfara State and Advance for Sensitization and Advocacy visits to State
i.Furnish reasons for making payments from RUGA fund during the period of suspension of the operation of the funds.
ii. Account for N375,785,893.75 (Three hundred and seventy five million, seven hundredand eighty five naira, eight hundred and ninety three naira seventy five kobo) and remit same to the Treasury.
iii.Forward evidence of refund to the Public Accounts Committees of the National Assembly, and
iv. Otherwise, apply sanctions relating to irregular payment and poor cash managemnet specified in paragraphs 3106 and 3115 of the Financial Regulations respectively.
