It is recommended by the Auditor General for the Federation that the total sum of N57,200,027.50 paid for 1000m length of the road not covered/done should be recovered from the contractor in the first instance, failing which the amount should be recovered from the ED/Projects and the Director PMS, and all other officers that signed the evaluation form and interim payment certificates that the work done was 2000m length of road as against 1000m done to get full payment for
the contract. Evidence of the recovery should be forwarded to the Office of the Auditor General for the Federation for verification
