Context/Observation

1. The sum of US$35,738,342.95 (Thirty-five million, seven hundred and thirty-eight thousand, three hundred and forty-two dollars ninety-five cents) remained in the Zenith (United Kingdom) Account Number 00020236 as at 31st December, 2019.
2. There was no evidence to show that this amount was swept into the Consolidated Revenue Fund (CRF) at the end of the year as required by extant regulations, and
3. The DPR did not maintain a Cash Book for Zenith UK Account as required by extant regulations.

3. Forward evidence of remittance to the CRF to the Public Accounts Committees of the National Assembly, and
4.Otherwise, apply sanctions relating to failure to collect and account for Government Revenue in paragraph 3112 of the Financial Regulations
