Audit observed that three personnel payment vouchers raised in December 2017 amounting to ₦483,016.00 was paid as promotion arrears without the letters of promotion and variation advice to authenticate the purpose of the payments.This was due to failure of the Agency to ensure proper supervision and internal checks.
The Director General is required to account for the sum of N483,016.00 and pay same into Government Account. Otherwise, Financial Regulation 3106 shall apply
