It is recommended by the Auditor General for the Federation that:
(i) The sum of N27,419,285.00 overpaid to this contractor over and above the sum of N173,218,000.00 due to it should be recovered from the contractor failing which the MD/CEO of NDDC together with the Director of Finance should be made to refund the money.
(ii) The sum of N7,956,000.00 established as payment for work not done should be recovered from the contractor, failing which the MD/CEO and the Director PMS and all the officers that signed the interim payment certificate of payment for this contractor to be paid should be made to refund the same back to the Commission.
Evidence of the recovery should be forwarded to the Office of the Auditor General for the Federation for verification..
