It is recommended by the Auditor-General for the Federation that the total sum of N15,260,500.00 paid for works not executed should be recovered from the contractor in the first instance failing which the amount should be recovered from the Director PMS together with the ED/Projects and the MD/CEO of NDDC that approve and signed the interim payment certificates that gave rise to the loss of the above colossal sum of money for work not done. Evidence of the recovery should be communicated to the office of the Auditor General for the Federation for verification.
