    In Majiya Tuare LGA of Jigawa State, a clinic building project was awarded @ ₦27.3m but review of BOQ revealed utilization of ₦2.4m could not be ascertained as the clinic was built with substandard materials. We urge anti-corruption agencies to look into this and speed up recovery of this public fund.
