Context/Observation

Audit observed that vouchers in respect of the expenditures incurred by the Ministry were raised in piecemeal. Consequently, the amount on the vouchers raised did not tally with the amount recorded in the cash book. This practice is not ideal as it is causing a lot of differences in record keeping.
