It is recommended by the Auditor General for the Federation that the sum of N81,225,400.00 paid for work not done should be recovered from the contractor, failing which the amount should be recovered from the MD/CEO of NDDC together with the ED/projects, Dir/PMS and all other officers that signed the valuation and the interim payment certificates for this contractor to be paid.
Evidence of recovery of this money should be forwarded to the Office of the Auditor General for the Federation for verification.
